Yoga teacher Vera Kals introduces herself: 

I’m Vera. And I’ve been bringing yoga to Berau for years – with passion and a touch of humour.

Why I’m here The Berau and I share a philosophy: openness, warmth and a willingness to try new things. Perhaps you already know me from the yoga sessions on the Seewiese or the retreats at Lake Wolfgang. After 14 years in Vienna and travelling, I’m back in the Salzkammergut – and happy to have my ‘base’ here.

What I bring to the table:

I am a lawyer, yoga teacher and trainer – a combination that helps me understand people in different life situations. My training (including Pilates, health and rehabilitation training) informs my teaching: a holistic approach, without pressure to perform, but with plenty of curiosity.

How I teach

My classes are precise but relaxed. I place great importance on anatomically correct execution and mindful breathing – adapted to every level. My goal? That you feel comfortable. That you learn. And that you leave with a smile.
