Matthias took over the business more than 20 years ago and since then Berau has developed step by step every year. Together with his wife Benita he is running the business already in the 3rd generation with innovative momentum, without losing sight of the tradition.
Raffaela & Robert
Robert and his girlfriend Raffaela have run the Franzl B&B since 2015 with a lot of heart and sense for something special. Their joint studies as graphic and communication designers not only owe the unusual design in Franzl, but also the design, for example this website!
Kathi
Our manager has been with us for already 10 years and takes care of the business with a lot of experience in order to make sure that everything runs smoothly at Berau.

Dagmar and our housekeeping team ensure cleanliness & a feel-good atmosphere in the Berau.
Ljubiza has been looking after our guests for 30 years.
Breakfast
Maria and her team are responsible for a good start in the day with a nice breakfast and a smile in the morning.
Campsite
Our Caretakers of our campingsite make sure that at the campsite everything has its order and we can offer you a year-round camping pleasure right on the lake. Simo & Rado are with us for a very long time already and they know the Berau bay like theyr own pantspockets.
